Our vouchers are valid for 3 years since the purchased date.

We offer an extra flexibility for your recipient in case if they did not like the specific treatment/package, they can redeem it as a dollar amount voucher and select another treatment/package. Additionally, if they prefer to redeem it at our sister branch Sensu Spa and Sakura Lounge in Melbourne CBD, they can also redeem it as a dollar amount voucher.

PDF digital voucher will be sent to your preferred Email address when you complete your payment.

For local customers who prefer a physical gift card, we also offer ‘Click & Collect at Shop’ option for your convenience.

Please note: If you contact us within 24 hours of the purchase, we can still proceed with a refund for your voucher purchase. However, a handling fee $25 will be applied and this amount will be deducted from your refund amount.
