GIFT VOUCHERS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Please look after your gift voucher in the same way as you would look after cash as we are not able to replace or refund lost or stolen gift vouchers. The gift voucher is only redeemable for services at Daylesford Day Spa and no cash change will be given, however you can use any outstanding balance toward future purchases. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, are not refundable and cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher or goods. Gift vouchers purchased from 01 November 2019 must be used within 3 years from the date of issue, extensions are not possible. Some gift vouchers, such as special promotions, may have a shorter validity as stated on the voucher. The cost of, and the availability of any particular package may have changed since the Gift Voucher was purchased and specific package may no longer be offered. Should this occur the dollar value of a gift voucher can be used towards the payment of an equivalent package or any other package.
