1. For one person or two people booking, we require a cancellation or rescheduling notice at least 48 hours before your booking time.

2. For group bookings (3 or more people), we require a 14-day notice for all group bookings, and the balance payment needs to be finalised 7-days before the booking date to secure the spot. Due to our limited shop capacity, staff allocation needs, and the nature of bookings in our country/tourist area, we've established this 14-day notice policy for groups of 4 or more people. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Please arrive 10-15min before your booking time. We will shorten your session duration if you are late.

4. A penalty may incur / deposit won't be refundable if you are rescheduling/cancelling within 7 days from the booking date. There will be no penalty if we fill up with another booking. However, we will need to ask you for a penalty (50% of the booking cost) if we do not fill the spot.

5. We cannot perform any treatments for those who are under 13 weeks of pregnancy. You will forfeit your booking if you inform on your arrival.

6. If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, or any serious medical conditions, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor.

7. Our automatic confirmation or reminder does not contain your guest information. Please let us know your guest's contact details if you'd like them to receive reminder directly.
