Enjoy a private sauna experience for two at SAKURA LODGE, designed for relaxation and quiet connection. Your booking includes exclusive access to our double sauna room, with 40/50/60 minutes of sauna time and a total room access period of one hour, allowing additional time to shower, change, and unwind at your own pace.

For your comfort, we provide towels, robes, slippers, and drinking water throughout your visit.

This experience offers a calming retreat to relax, recharge, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the lodge together.

*Our staff will escort you through the induction process and assist you until the end of your session. Please arrive 10min prior to the appointment time.

We will contact you 7 days prior to your booking date to confirm and finalise your reservation.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy for Private Sauna Experience:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before your booking date are free of charge.

For cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 7 days of your booking date, the full booking fee will apply.

ONLINE BOOKING FAQ

If you have a physical gift voucher:

Please enter the code in the field during the online booking process. We kindly ask that you also include the voucher code in the ‘Notes’ section for clarification.

If you have a PDF/Digital voucher:

Please submit the contact form with your preferred date and time, the treatment or package name, and the number of people for the booking.

 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
For bookings of 1-3 people, we have a 7-day notice policy and a 48-hour notice policy:
  • Notice within 7 days: A penalty equivalent to the full cost of your booking may apply if you request a change within 7 days of the booking date. However, if we are able to fill the canceled or rescheduled spot, the penalty will be waived*.
  • Notice within 48 hours: A penalty equivalent to the full cost of your booking will be applied.
For group bookings of 4 or more people, we have a 14-day notice policy:
Notice within 14 days: A penalty equivalent to the full cost of your group booking will be applied if you request cancellation or rescheduling within this time frame. Please note that the balance payment for group bookings must be finalised 7 days before the booking date to secure your spot.
*Refund requests … A administration fee of $25 per person up to a maximum of $50 will be deducted from all refund requests to cover the cost of payment processing and the handling of refund.
To avoid penalties, please contact us before these time frames. If you are unable to reach our reception staff, please send us an email or leave a voice message. We cannot waive the penalty if we are unable to verify your contact history. Due to our limited shop capacity, staff allocation needs, and the nature of bookings in our country/tourist area, we’ve established these policies. Thank you for your understanding.
REFUND REQUEST
A administration fee of $25 per person up to a maximum of $50 will be deducted from all refund requests to cover the cost of payment processing and the handling of refund.  
PLEASE NOTE
  • We cannot perform any treatments if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Failure to notify about your pregnancy may result in the forfeiture of your booking, with a penalty equal to the full booking cost being applied. ‘Pregnancy massage’ (or Pregnancy massage under the booking name of ‘Remedial massage’) and  ‘Mums to be package’ can be booked if you are in 2nd or 3rd trimester.
  • If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, or any serious medical conditions, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment starts to complete any formalities required. If you are late, we may shorten your session duration.
