Daylesford Day Spa & Beauty is a popular destination and appointments fill up quickly, therefore to avoid disappointment, it is recommended that you book in advance to ensure you can secure a time that best suits you.
We require you to provide a 50% deposit to secure all bookings.
If you require a separate room, please inform us at the time of booking. Unless requested we do not send out text messages or emails as a reminder, so please ensure you make note of your appointment at the time of booking.
Please let us know if you are pregnant at the time of making your booking.
We understand that schedules do change, however we ask that you give us at least 7 days notice by calling us on 03 5348 2331 during business hours if you need to alter or cancel your appointment.
Cancellation fees are never any fun, however, as the booked time is reserved just for you with our amazing therapists, cancellations and late changes affects their hours and pay and incur costs to us as a small business, therefore, any bookings cancelled or changed within 7 days will incur a 50% charge of treatment value except for cancellations or changes within 48 hours or without notice or no-shows which will incur the full treatment fee.
If we can fill your booking with another client, we will not charge you a fee at all, the more notice we have the better the chance we have to fill that spot and reduce the fee for you
Refunds: A administration fee of $25 per person up to a maximum of $50 will be deducted from all refund requests to cover the cost of payment processing and the handling of refund.
Group bookings incur different cancellation and alteration charges as outlined in your confirmation email.
We recommend that you arrive 15 mins prior to your treatment so as that you have time to fill out your consultation form and begin to relax.
Arriving late for your appointment may unfortunately reduce the time of your treatment.
If you are running late please phone us so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
When booking your treatments, please quote your gift voucher number.
Please ensure your gift voucher is presented upon arrival.
Please understand that if you arrive without your voucher we will be unable to provide you with your treatment.
Gift Vouchers or cards that have been misplaced or lost cannot be reissued.
What to wear:
We provide you with slippers in the Day Spa upon arrival. We will also provide disposable underwear and robes where required. For comfort, therapists are trained to drape correctly during treatments to respect your privacy.
Daylesford Day Spa is a peaceful sanctuary to help you unwind, relax, breath and think in the present moment.
Before you enter the spa, please turn off all mobile phones and electronic devices.
Please keep noise to a minimum to respect the relaxation and privacy of other guests.
Please ensure you pack your bathers as required.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
To maintain a peaceful environment, the minimum treatment age requirement is 16 years.
Please be aware that we do not offer child-minding services.
Some spa services may not be recommended with certain health conditions.
You will be asked to fill out a confidential consultation form prior to your treatment. Please inform your therapist of any health concerns at time of booking.
Certain treatments are not permitted in the 1st trimester of pregnancy. Please inform us how many weeks along you are so as we can assist you with the most suitable treatment options.
Consuming alcohol prior to your treatment I not recommended.
Our facials are suitable for both men and woman. We recommend that our male clients shave prior to any facials.
