The order of treatments may change on the day.

In this package, you can request any massage style, including standard massages (Relaxation, Aromatherapy, Shiatsu) and specialty massages (Deep Tissue, Hot Oil, Hot Stone), with no upgrade fee. However, if you’d like to include a Hot Stone Massage, please request it when booking, as we cannot accommodate changes to Hot Stone Massage on arrival.

If no specific request is made, we will offer a Relaxation massage as the default option.

BABOR Collagen Biomatrix Fleece (Add-on Cost: $45)

Add this special moisturising Collagen fleece to you’re BABOR spa facial and receive 99% Collagen + 1% Hyaluronic acid with a calming and smoothing effect, reducing signs of ageing.

Skin-renewing fruit acid peeling mask of 10% – 30% glycolic acid. This treatment also increases the skin’s ability to bind moisture and optimises the skin structure, leaving it look finer and more even.

Collagen Biomatix Fleece will helps following concerns:

*We can accommodate maximum two people at the same time for this package. Please clarify the number of people you’d like to book.

 

To make the most of your experience, we suggest booking during the morning time slot, as this package includes a lunch break.

  •  This package cannot be booked on Sundays. (If you accidentally book online for a Sunday, we will reach out to assist with rescheduling.)
  • The latest time for this packages will be 10:30AM 
  • Please remember to bring own bathers for the Spa session if you feel more comfortable.
  • If you are beyond your second trimester of pregnancy, kindly book our Pregnancy Massage or Mums to be package or Harmony package or Anti-stress package for a specialised experience. We won’t be able to perform any treatments if you are under 13 weeks or over 38 weeks. You will forfeit your booking if you inform us on arrival and it will incur a penalty / full cost of your booking.

If you have a physical gift voucher:

Please enter the code in the field during the online booking process. We kindly ask that you also include the voucher code in the ‘Notes’ section for clarification.

If you have a PDF/Digital voucher:

Please submit the contact form with your preferred date and time, the treatment or package name, and the number of people for the booking.

 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
For bookings of 1-3 people, we have a 7-day notice policy and a 48-hour notice policy:
  • Notice within 7 days: A penalty equivalent to the full cost of your booking may apply if you request a change within 7 days of the booking date. However, if we are able to fill the canceled or rescheduled spot, the penalty will be waived*.
  • Notice within 48 hours: A penalty equivalent to the full cost of your booking will be applied.
For group bookings of 4 or more people, we have a 14-day notice policy:
Notice within 14 days: A penalty equivalent to the full cost of your group booking will be applied if you request cancellation or rescheduling within this time frame. Please note that the balance payment for group bookings must be finalised 7 days before the booking date to secure your spot.
*Refund requests … A administration fee of $25 per person up to a maximum of $50 will be deducted from all refund requests to cover the cost of payment processing and the handling of refund.
To avoid penalties, please contact us before these time frames. If you are unable to reach our reception staff, please send us an email or leave a voice message. We cannot waive the penalty if we are unable to verify your contact history. Due to our limited shop capacity, staff allocation needs, and the nature of bookings in our country/tourist area, we’ve established these policies. Thank you for your understanding.
REFUND REQUEST
A administration fee of $25 per person up to a maximum of $50 will be deducted from all refund requests to cover the cost of payment processing and the handling of refund.  
PLEASE NOTE
  • We cannot perform any treatments if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Failure to notify about your pregnancy may result in the forfeiture of your booking, with a penalty equal to the full booking cost being applied. ‘Pregnancy massage’ (or Pregnancy massage under the booking name of ‘Remedial massage’) and  ‘Mums to be package’ can be booked if you are in 2nd or 3rd trimester.
  • If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, or any serious medical conditions, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment starts to complete any formalities required. If you are late, we may shorten your session duration.
