Japanese Seitai, known as “Bone Therapy,” is a profound healing and therapeutic massage technique originating from Japan. It offers effective relief for postural issues, neck, and spinal conditions without resorting to direct manipulation of the spine. Seitai seamlessly blends elements of Shiatsu and Western remedial techniques, prioritising the alignment of both skeletal and soft tissue structures. The core principle of Seitai revolves around restoring the body’s proper skeletal framework by manipulating soft tissue, thereby stimulating the body’s innate healing abilities.

It’s important to note that Seitai differs from chiropractic methods as it abstains from direct hands-on adjustments of the skeleton. Instead, it embraces a holistic approach, facilitating the body’s natural healing processes through gentle tissue manipulation.

During sessions, clients are provided with comfortable Seitai attire for optimal relaxation. Alternatively, loose-fitting activewear or clothing can be worn to facilitate effective stretch movements.
