We are now available for Remedial Massage services that are eligible for private health fund rebates. If you have specific musculoskeletal concerns or injuries, we encourage you to make an advance booking for a Remedial Massage session.
Our highly skilled therapists will begin with a consultation to assess your condition and then tailor your treatment to address your specific issues. This involves an oil massage paired with stretching and personalized bodywork. Additionally, you will receive valuable guidance on injury recovery and rehabilitation.
Our reception desk is equipped with a HICAPS terminal, enabling you to claim your health fund rebate. All major private health funds are covered. So please remember to bring your private health insurance card or the app on your phone. Alternatively, we can create a manual receipt to claim after.
Special Note: Some of our Remedial therapists possess expertise in various techniques, such as Japanese Shiatsu. They can customize your treatment to your preferences, even incorporating Shiatsu as a Dry Remedial Massage. When booking your session, please specify it as a Remedial massage, as our rebate coverage is exclusive to Remedial massage. (Please note that Japanese Shiatsu is not covered under our services.)
*If you are beyond your second trimester of pregnancy, kindly inform that you are pregnant when you book. Then our remedial therapist will perform Pregnancy massage under Remedial massage. That way you will be able to claim your private health fund rebates.

– Postnatal Massage FAQ –
You can book a postnatal massage under Remedial Massage if you’d like to claim through HICAPS.
In order to assign our certified Postnatal Massage therapist, we will need to confirm the following details before the booking:
- You must have had your postnatal check-up
- If you have had a Caesarean section, the incision must be fully healed
- If you experienced any complications or underwent complex procedures during childbirth, you should consult their treating doctor before receiving a massage
- We are unable to perform techniques specifically intended to close or tighten the pelvis after childbirth

ONLINE BOOKING FAQ
If you have a physical gift voucher:
Please enter the code in the field during the online booking process. We kindly ask that you also include the voucher code in the ‘Notes’ section for clarification.
If you have a PDF/Digital voucher:
Please submit the contact form with your preferred date and time, the treatment or package name, and the number of people for the booking.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
For bookings of 1-3 people, we have a 7-day notice policy and a 48-hour notice policy:
- Notice within 7 days: A penalty equivalent to the full cost of your booking may apply if you request a change within 7 days of the booking date. However, if we are able to fill the canceled or rescheduled spot, the penalty will be waived*.
- Notice within 48 hours: A penalty equivalent to the full cost of your booking will be applied.
For group bookings of 4 or more people, we have a 14-day notice policy:
Notice within 14 days: A penalty equivalent to the full cost of your group booking will be applied if you request cancellation or rescheduling within this time frame. Please note that the balance payment for group bookings must be finalised 7 days before the booking date to secure your spot.
*Refund requests … A administration fee of $25 per person up to a maximum of $50 will be deducted from all refund requests to cover the cost of payment processing and the handling of refund.
To avoid penalties, please contact us before these time frames. If you are unable to reach our reception staff, please send us an email or leave a voice message. We cannot waive the penalty if we are unable to verify your contact history. Due to our limited shop capacity, staff allocation needs, and the nature of bookings in our country/tourist area, we’ve established these policies. Thank you for your understanding.
REFUND REQUEST
A administration fee of $25 per person up to a maximum of $50 will be deducted from all refund requests to cover the cost of payment processing and the handling of refund.
PLEASE NOTE
- We cannot perform any treatments if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Failure to notify about your pregnancy may result in the forfeiture of your booking, with a penalty equal to the full booking cost being applied. ‘Pregnancy massage’ (or Pregnancy massage under the booking name of ‘Remedial massage’) and ‘Mums to be package’ can be booked if you are in 2nd or 3rd trimester.
- If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, or any serious medical conditions, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor.
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment starts to complete any formalities required. If you are late, we may shorten your session duration.
