At Daylesford day spa, we offer three signature aromatherapy blends for you to choose from: Relaxation, designed to calm the body and mind; Stress Relief, created to ease tension and restore balance; and Mental Clarity, a refreshing blend to clear the mind and uplift your spirit.

Whether you’re seeking to unwind after a long day, release built-up stress, or simply enjoy a moment of peace, the warm oils and soothing aromas work in harmony with the massage to nurture both body and mind. As the oils are absorbed into your skin, their natural fragrances surround you, soothing the nervous system and awakening your senses.

*If you are beyond your second trimester of pregnancy, kindly book our Pregnancy Massage for a specialized experience. We won’t be able to perform any treatments if you are under 13 weeks of pregnancy. You will forfeit your booking if you inform us on arrival and it will incur a penalty / full cost of your booking.

ONLINE BOOKING FAQ

If you have a physical gift voucher:

Please enter the code in the field during the online booking process. We kindly ask that you also include the voucher code in the ‘Notes’ section for clarification.

If you have a PDF/Digital voucher:

Please submit the contact form with your preferred date and time, the treatment or package name, and the number of people for the booking.

 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
For bookings of 1-3 people, we have a 7-day notice policy and a 48-hour notice policy:
  • Notice within 7 days: A penalty equivalent to the full cost of your booking may apply if you request a change within 7 days of the booking date. However, if we are able to fill the canceled or rescheduled spot, the penalty will be waived*.
  • Notice within 48 hours: A penalty equivalent to the full cost of your booking will be applied.
For group bookings of 4 or more people, we have a 14-day notice policy:
Notice within 14 days: A penalty equivalent to the full cost of your group booking will be applied if you request cancellation or rescheduling within this time frame. Please note that the balance payment for group bookings must be finalised 7 days before the booking date to secure your spot.
*Refund requests … A administration fee of $25 per person up to a maximum of $50 will be deducted from all refund requests to cover the cost of payment processing and the handling of refund.
To avoid penalties, please contact us before these time frames. If you are unable to reach our reception staff, please send us an email or leave a voice message. We cannot waive the penalty if we are unable to verify your contact history. Due to our limited shop capacity, staff allocation needs, and the nature of bookings in our country/tourist area, we’ve established these policies. Thank you for your understanding.
REFUND REQUEST
A administration fee of $25 per person up to a maximum of $50 will be deducted from all refund requests to cover the cost of payment processing and the handling of refund.  
PLEASE NOTE
  • We cannot perform any treatments if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Failure to notify about your pregnancy may result in the forfeiture of your booking, with a penalty equal to the full booking cost being applied. ‘Pregnancy massage’ (or Pregnancy massage under the booking name of ‘Remedial massage’) and  ‘Mums to be package’ can be booked if you are in 2nd or 3rd trimester.
  • If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, or any serious medical conditions, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment starts to complete any formalities required. If you are late, we may shorten your session duration.
