Combining a blend of our Melbourne CBD Japanese spa’s most popular package with some Daylesford luxury and decadence. We are pleased to offer our new specially formulated Head to Toe 2.5 hour package to Daylesford Day Spa.

Starting in our newly renovated Japanese style foot treatment room, unwind whilst sipping our herbal tea with a foot bath, scrub and massage treatment.

With a choice of single or couples rooms then you will enjoy a customised massage of your choice followed by a individually formulated Doctor BABOR Collagen Facial or Brightening Facial leaving you relaxed and glowing as you leave to enjoy then rest of your time in beautiful Daylesford.

In this package, you can request any massage style, including standard massages (Relaxation, Aromatherapy, Shiatsu) and specialty massages (Deep Tissue, Hot Oil, Hot Stone), with no upgrade fee. However, if you’d like to include a Hot Stone Massage, please request it when booking, as we cannot accommodate changes to Hot Stone Massage on arrival.

If no specific request is made, we will offer a Relaxation massage as the default option.

BABOR Collagen Biomatix Fleece (Add-on Cost: $45) 

Add this special moisturising Collagen fleece to you’re BABOR spa facial and receive 99% Collagen + 1% Hyaluronic acid with a calming and smoothing effect, reducing signs of ageing.

 

Skin-renewing fruit acid peeling mask of 10% – 30% glycolic acid. This treatment also increases the skin’s ability to bind moisture and optimises the skin structure, leaving it look finer and more even.

Collagen Biomatix Fleece will helps following concerns:
• Blemished skin, acne
• Enlarged pores
• Pigment marks, disorders and irregularities
• Fine lines and wrinkles
• Dull complexion lacking radiance

*If you are beyond your 2nd trimester of pregnancy, please book our Pregnancy Massage or Mum-to-Be Package or Harmony package for a specialised experience. Unfortunately, we are unable to perform any treatments if you are in your first trimester or beyond 38 weeks of pregnancy. Please note that if this information is disclosed upon arrival, your booking will be forfeited and a penalty or the full cost of your booking will apply.

ONLINE BOOKING FAQ

If you have a physical gift voucher:

Please enter the code in the field during the online booking process. We kindly ask that you also include the voucher code in the ‘Notes’ section for clarification.

If you have a PDF/Digital voucher:

Please submit the contact form with your preferred date and time, the treatment or package name, and the number of people for the booking.

 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
For bookings of 1-3 people, we have a 7-day notice policy and a 48-hour notice policy:
  • Notice within 7 days: A penalty equivalent to the full cost of your booking may apply if you request a change within 7 days of the booking date. However, if we are able to fill the canceled or rescheduled spot, the penalty will be waived*.
  • Notice within 48 hours: A penalty equivalent to the full cost of your booking will be applied.
For group bookings of 4 or more people, we have a 14-day notice policy:
Notice within 14 days: A penalty equivalent to the full cost of your group booking will be applied if you request cancellation or rescheduling within this time frame. Please note that the balance payment for group bookings must be finalised 7 days before the booking date to secure your spot.
*Refund requests … A administration fee of $25 per person up to a maximum of $50 will be deducted from all refund requests to cover the cost of payment processing and the handling of refund.
To avoid penalties, please contact us before these time frames. If you are unable to reach our reception staff, please send us an email or leave a voice message. We cannot waive the penalty if we are unable to verify your contact history. Due to our limited shop capacity, staff allocation needs, and the nature of bookings in our country/tourist area, we’ve established these policies. Thank you for your understanding.
REFUND REQUEST
A administration fee of $25 per person up to a maximum of $50 will be deducted from all refund requests to cover the cost of payment processing and the handling of refund.  
PLEASE NOTE
  • We cannot perform any treatments if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Failure to notify about your pregnancy may result in the forfeiture of your booking, with a penalty equal to the full booking cost being applied. ‘Pregnancy massage’ (or Pregnancy massage under the booking name of ‘Remedial massage’) and  ‘Mums to be package’ can be booked if you are in 2nd or 3rd trimester.
  • If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, or any serious medical conditions, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment starts to complete any formalities required. If you are late, we may shorten your session duration.
